Fresh and clean aromas of lime, green notes and gooseberry typical of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, white-fleshed fruits and a hint of white flowers. The local grapes of Tokaj, Furmint and Hárslevelű both elevate this harmonious
and lively blend that shows refreshing acidity.
This semi-sparkling wine is to be enjoyed cold, even chilled on ice. When Pillanat is born, we add all the tiny bubbles responsible for the fine, elegant effervescence gradually to the zesty and fruity base wine made from grapes harvested especially for sparkling wine.
