Fine mousse, fresh peach and white flowers on the nose, abundant fruit, especially citrus and ripe peach on the refreshing palate. Serve it cold, even chilled on ice, like its „big brothers”, the traditional sparkling wines. Pillanat is a semi-sparkling wine, i.e. the tiny bubbles responsible for the fine, elegant effervescence are added afterwards, gradually and stirred over months, to the zesty and fruity base wine made from grapes harvested specifically for sparkling wine. Serving suggestions: you can drink this on its own, well-chilled, before a meal, or with light salads, perhaps as a cocktail base. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C
