An aszú with a bright golden yellow colour and great complexity. The nose offers dried apricot, wild flowers, honey and chamomile, accompanied by candied orange peel and tropical fruit notes. On the palate, peaches are at the forefront, followed by citrus, honey and a hint of milk chocolate on the finish. Full-bodied and persistent, the high natural sugar content is balanced by vibrant acidity. Incredible complexity, fine balance and harmony that only aged aszú wines can offer. Long, sweet and exciting, a cornucopia of flavours. Serve chilled at 10-14 °C
Food pairing: great accompaniment to creamy desserts, also as a dessert on its own. It can round off an exciting dinner or even a champagne dinner. It goes well with mature cheeses, blue cheeses, subtly smoked, cured hams too.
