An exceptionally rich, complex aszú from an unforgettable vintage, 2013. The vibrant nose offers dried apricots, spring f lowers, chamomile, dried orange, tropical fruits and intriguing peppercorn aromas. The sweet and luscious palate is also dominated by apricots, in all its different guises: freshly picked, dried and conserved as jam. An extremely long wine with great complexity, showing the delicate spice of the Zemplén oak barrels which were used for both fermentation and ageing. The zesty acidity and the natural residual sugar strike a perfect balance. Serving: on 10-12 °C as a dessert or with sweet desserts.
