The result of an exceptionally warm vintage, this is a light, fruity blend of three of the wine region’s dominant grape varieties: Furmint, Muscat Blanc and Hárslevelű. Honey, muscat grapes and peach notes on the nose, orchard fruit, ripe citrus, grape juice and fresh flower honey on the palate. To preserve the freshness, spiciness and fruit of healthy grapes harvested at full ripeness, this semi-sweet fruit bomb was fermented and aged in temperature controlled stainless steel and closed with screwcap. Refreshing acidity, delicate minerality, persistent finish. Food pairing: enjoy on its own or with seafood, fruit-based meat dishes or fresh and seasoned cheeses. Serve chilled at 10-12 °C
