A nicely matured, semi-sweet blend of hárslevelű and furmint, the two main varieties from Tokaj, with f loral and honey aromas and a long, mineral palate. Complex notes of white-f leshed fruits, fresh pastry, ripe peach, quince and blossom honey. Serve as an aperitif or on its own at 10-12 degrees. It can be a great accompaniment to fruit-roasted meat dishes, sushi or fruit salads.
