WHAT IS THE FAVOURITE DESSERT OF OUR CHIEF WINEMAKER, KÁROLY ÁTS?

"Aszú is for celebrating and deserves this postion. If you think about the number of berries and the amount of basic-wine which is needed fo one bottle of aszú you will get amazingly high numbers. All bunch of grapes from three vine-stocks are needed for manufacturing a single bottle of aszú. The consistency makes it unique worldwide. This is why aszú is really an enigmatic wine for me. I usually drink it after the meal and not thinking if it fits or not to a certain dish. This is my favourite sweet."
